We offer worldwide shipping. You can place an order from anywhere outside India directly through our website.
If your country does not appear at checkout, please email us at whitewatertextile@gmail.com or drop a DM on www.instagram.com/whitewaterkids and we’ll assist you with a manual order.
Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
These rates are exclusive of any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applicable in your country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery (if applicable).
Whitewater does not control or influence these fees, and they vary by country. Please do not pay any additional courier charges at delivery unless it is clearly marked as a customs fee. If in doubt, contact us.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–7 business days of Order confirmation.
Standard delivery timeline: 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs checks, holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
Shipping Partners
We use trusted international courier partners such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx, or India Post International, depending on destination and service availability.
Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)
Currently, we do not accept international returns or exchanges due to the complexity and cost of global shipping.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at whitewatertextile@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
