What are the payment options for Domestic purchases (within India)?
You can pay online on our website using net banking, debit or credit card.
Can you ship to any place outside of India?
Yes, we do. You can select Paypal for international payments at the time of checkout. We will send you an email with an invoice and our PayPal email id. Shipping charges apply. International customers are responsible for all custom/duty fees within their own countries. If you need us to make other accommodations, please leave a note at checkout or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I know when will my order reach me?
It takes about 8-10 days from order processing to final delivery at your doorstep. However, as soon as we dispatch your order, we will be in touch with you on email and share the courier details.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we gladly accepts return within 14 days of your purchase. Items should be returned unused in original packaging with the price tag intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that while we try our best, colours of our products might differ from what is visible on the computer screen. Returns due to colour matching may not be accepted. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
As soon as we receive and accept the return, we will send you an email to notify you. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original method of payment used to purchase the items, less any taxes incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us, so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with the tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a distinct size, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
